This template is used to render the Turn icon inside a card text.
It uses up to 3 parameters:
- The first parameter is used to determine whose turn is it ("Own", "Opponent", or "All")
- The second parameter is used to determine the usage limit
- The last parameter (optional) is used to convert the icon into the original icon images
While the second parameter is mandatory, there is a single usage case where it is allowed to be empty (see the table below). In that case, the third parameter can be directly put in the place of the second parameter.
