Starter Deck Vol.4 is the fourth Starter Deck set for Z/X -Zillions of enemy X-.
It is comprised of two different decks, Advances of the Hero King (英雄王の進撃 Eiyū Ō no Shingeki) and Bewitching Magic (妖艶なる魔力 Yōen naru Maryoku).
Information
- The deck's tagline is "The soldiers' battle brings up a new storm!" (強者達の戦いが、新たな嵐を巻き起こす！)
- Each decks are built around a certain concept.
- The Red-Blue "Advances of the Hero King" is an aggro-based deck, focuses on knocking down the opponent with swift attacks.
- The Black-Green "Bewitching Magic" is a control-based deck, focuses on settling the battle by controlling the opponent's action.

Each boxes contains four decks, each sealed decks contains the following items.
- 23 different cards, 51 cards in total.
- Paper deck case (able to hold up to 51 cards with both sleeve & sleeve protector).
- Playmat (with Rule References on the other side).
Story
