Level (レベル Reberu) is a keyword ability that was introduced in Booster 16: Code:Dingir - Encounter with Dynamis.
Level is written as "○○ Lv X [Text]" in the card text, where X is a numerical value greater than 0. This ability counts the number of face-up cards with the "○○" characteristic (usually Tribe) in the Dynamis, and if the number is equal to or greater than X, allow the player to use the ability written on the [Text] portion.
The icon for Level ability changes depending on the characteristic of cards it requires and additionally serves as its categorization.
Denotes Level ability that requires Dingir or its related Tribe. | |
Denotes Level ability that requires Waker or cards that contains "Dragon" in their Tribe. | |
Denotes Level ability that requires Tribe other than those specified above. | |
Denotes Level ability that requires a specific card type. |
As of now, the last category of Level ability only appears on the "Shift Condition" of Shift cards and doesn't have any text attached to it, unlike the other Level ability.
